SERVICES PROVIDED
The Faculty Practice Clinic offers a full range of dental care including
general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics,
endodontics, prosthodontics, oral surgery, facial pain and TMJ therapy,
and esthetic dentistry. The Faculty Practice Clinic is a Delta Dental
provider and accepts many other plans as well.
HOW TO BECOME A PATIENT
The Dental Faculty Practice Clinic is the "private practice" for the
dentists who teach in the dental school. Patients are accepted by
appointment only. You may call (210) 567-3255 to make an appointment.
We offer a full range of dental care including general dentistry,
pediatric dentistry, orthodontics, periodontics, endodontics, prosthodontics,
oral surgery, facial pain and TMJ therapy, and esthetic dentistry.
We are providers for the Delta Dental Insurance plan and accept many
other plans as well.
HOURS OF OPERATION
The Dental Faculty Practice Clinic hours of operations are 8:00 am
to 5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday and 8:00 am to 9:00
Wednesday. The Clinic is located on the third floor of the Dental
School building which is located at 7703 Floyd Curl Drive, San Antonio,
TX 78229.
PAYMENT POLICY
All fees can be paid in the form of cash, check or credit card for
services provided. The Faculty Clinic accepts most insurance payments.
All payments are due on the date services are provided. Patients with
insurance will be expected to make their co-payment at the time of
service unless other arrangements have been made. |
